On the first night of your cruise, kick off the celebration with Mickey’s Tree Lighting Magic Ceremony, a festive gala in the atrium where kids can help light the 24-foot Christmas tree. Later in the cruise, the atrium hosts Santa’s Winter Wonderland Ball. This grand event includes Broadway-quality entertainment, Santa & Mrs. Claus, your favorite Disney characters, and classic holiday carols, plus a special appearance by Anna & Elsa, who brings with her a magical snowfall.

Throughout your cruise, enjoy hugs and photos with the beloved Disney characters dressed in their holiday best, plus a chance to meet Santa and give him your Christmas wish list. Not to be left out, Mrs. Claus will host storytime in the atrium, sharing some well-known Christmas tales.

Kids can also take part in themed crafts like decorating stockings and festive cards. There’s also a holiday scavenger hunt! Teens and tweens will have some fun of their own with holiday parties in their clubs.

Of course, the onboard shops will be filled with exclusive holiday merchandise to help fill your holiday shopping list.

For sailings that visit Castaway Cay, look for holiday fun there too as the island paradise is transformed with “snow” flurries, a Christmas tree, and a Mr. & Mrs. Snowman photo opportunity. The island’s tram even gets in the spirit with reindeer antlers and a tail.

If you’re sailing on December 24th and 25th, you’ll enjoy cookies on Christmas Eve, special holiday towel animals, and a chance for the kids to go caroling with the crew.
