As we previously reported, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention approved Disney Cruise Line’s application to conduct a simulation cruise aboard the Disney Dream on June 29th.
This is an important next step toward DCL’s gradual and responsible resumption of service in U.S. waters. Obviously, there is still much work to do as these ships haven’t sailed with paying passengers in over a year.
Among many of the things needing to be done are finalizing the new health and safety protocols, bringing the crew back onboard and preparing the ships to begin welcoming guests once more.
Due to all of the above, DCL has made the tough decision to cancel the following sailings:
- Disney Dream departures through 8/6/21
- Disney Fantasy departures through 8/28/21
- Disney Wonder departures through 9/19/21
- Disney Magic departures in the U.S. through 11/4/21
Guests who have already paid their reservation in full have the choice of a 125% future cruise credit to be used for a future sailing on or before September 30, 2022, or a full refund.
As always, our agents at Dreams Unlimited Travel are available to assist you with rebooking your vacation.
