- Tipping at Palo DinnerCurious what most people tip when going to dinner at Palo. I understand there is already gratuity added to alcohol but assuming dinner is $55 each so that's $110 for 2. 20% on that would be roughly 20 bucks of the total... or should you leave $20 minimum per person? TIA
