Disney Cruise Line is set to return to sailing next month from Port Canaveral, Florida!

Disney Parks Blog shared the exciting news early this morning that the Disney Dream will begin cruising from Port Canaveral on August 9th with three and four-night sailings to the Bahamas with stops at Disney’s private island Castaway Cay.

In a short video, Thomas Mazloum, President of Disney Signature Experiences, shared how excited the entire Disney Cruise Line Team is “that the time has come to once again chart a course with your Disney Friends.”

The video also gives a quick look at the new health and safety measures that will be part of Disney Cruise Line’s return to sailing.

Speculation that sailings on the Disney Dream would resume soon began to build after what appeared to be a very successful test cruise on July 17th.

As part of today’s announcement, Disney Cruise Line has also updated its Flexible Refund Policy.
