A 35-year-old pregnant American passenger was removed from the Disney Fantasy on Monday during a medivac operation by the U.S. Coast Guard. When the passenger experienced health complications, the ship was situated 180 miles northwest of Puerto Rico. She was promptly transported to Centro Médico Hospital in San Juan for urgent medical attention.
