In an article last night, we detailed the rumor swirling around social media that the Disney Magic would begin sailing this summer out of England. This morning, Disney has announced that, yes, the rumor was true.
The Disney Magic will begin sailing again this summer (specific dates not yet released), and will sail out of the ports of London Tilbury, Newcastle, Liverpool and Southampton. As was rumored, the cruises will be open to U.K. residents only, and will be 2-, 3-, and 4-night experiences at seas, without stops at ports of call.
Judging from the limited details that Disney Cruise Line has released, passengers on these special sailings could experience elements of Marvel Day at Sea voyages, as well as Frozen-themed festivities.
The voyages out of England will be available to book in April (again, no specific date given by DCL just yet). We’ll be sure to let you know when further information is made available.
