As we previously reported, Disney Cruise Line updated its luggage tag format, and now, the entire luggage process has undergone a complete redesign for added efficiency. Guests will receive the new luggage tags in the new format beginning mid-March. There may be some overlap between the prior and new Luggage Tag Mailers.
Beginning March 5, 2025, guests can expect:
- The redesigned Luggage Tag Mailers will now be approximately the size of a double-sided postcard.
- The ship name, itinerary, sail dates, port arrival time, stateroom number (if available), and stateroom guest(s) names will be printed on the mailer.
- A QR Code will also be included, prompting guests to log in and view additional port arrival information on the online Guest Travel Booklet.
If a guest doesn’t receive their Luggage Tag Mailer before their voyage, or if they need additional luggage tags, they should continue to request those from the porters upon arrival at the port.
Updated Online Guest Travel Booklet
Guests will now be directed to an online Guest Travel Booklet, which will appear when the guest scans the mailer QR Code or visits www.DisneyCruise.com/LuggageTagMailer. The online booklet includes details specific to the guest’s cruise, including the port’s address, luggage tag information, citizenship documentation, My Online Check-In, what to pack, and much more.
If guests do not receive a Luggage Tag Mailer or have access to the QR Code, they can still access the online booklet on the Disney Cruise Line website by clicking Already Booked > My Reservations and clicking on the Get Details under Before You Can Board.
