Disney Cruise Line Extends Suspensions of U.S. Sailings Through July

In an announcement made by Disney Cruise Line today, sailings in July on the Disney Dream, Disney Fantasy, and Disney Wonder have been canceled. For the Dream and Fantasy, this affects sailings through all of July 2021. For the Wonder, it affects sailings through July 12, 2021. Disney cited that they have been working closely with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in an effort to work on their safety procedures for a possible return to cruising and this most recent suspension will provide more time needed to prepare.

Once again, fully paid guests of affected sailings will receive 125% future cruise credit to be used on a future sailing. The expiration date of all future cruise credit currently remains September 30, 2022. Credits are automatically added to accounts. Guest paid in full may also request a full refund. Those who have not paid in full will receive a refund for what they have paid.

While many had wanted to see Disney sail these ships by July, we are hopeful with continued updates to CDC guidance and DCL working closely with them, that we will soon hear those beautiful ship horns once again.
