Students and teachers at Albury Sayle Primary School in Nassau had a magical day when Disney Wish cast and crew, along with Mickey Mouse, made a surprise holiday visit!
Disney Cruise Line ships visit Nassau every week, all year long, and for many of our crew members, this community feels like home. It means so much to us to bring some Disney magic off the ship and create memorable moments for local students, especially this time of year.

At the event, 150 primary school students got to meet Mickey Mouse, share hugs, take photos, and received a Disney toy to take home.
It’s been said that ‘it takes a village to raise a child.’ This is best seen in the educational arena as the community and organizations, like Disney Cruise Line, come together to improve the lives of our students. We are grateful for Disney Cruise Line’s support and the generous contributions they’ve provided our school for more than a decade.

Disney Cruise Line has long supported its Bahamian port communities during the holidays. Along with visiting students in Nassau, the team will spread cheer later this month by delivering gifts to schools in Eleuthera, home to the new Disney Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point, and in Abaco, home to Disney Castaway Cay.
For over 25 years, Disney Cruise Line has been dedicated to supporting local youth programs and making a lasting positive impact in its port communities.
