This Haunted Mansion Parlor souvenir has been long wanted by Disney cruisers since the Parlor opened aboard the Disney Treasure, and it’s finally a thing!
I’m sailing on the Disney Treasure right now, and while browsing Treasures Untold, I spotted a brand-new collectible based on one of the most recognizable details from the Haunted Mansion: the bat stanchions! A cast member working at the shop shared that they arrived on the ship just last week!
For $64.99, the “brass” bat stanchion design comes straight from the queues of Haunted Mansion attractions around the world. This version holds two glass “toothpick holders,” which is Disney merchandise-speak for shot glasses. Each small glass features Haunted Mansion Parlor lettering and sits inside the ropes held by the bat.
And this thing is NICE. It has a good weight to it, tons of detail, and feels like a quality collectible. The moment I saw it sitting on the shelf to purchase and take home, I audibly gasped… and almost screamed with glee.
I know there are plenty of Haunted Mansion Parlor fans who have wanted something like this since the Disney Treasure debuted. (While we can’t confirm quite yet, this should also be available on the Disney Destiny since the Haunted Mansion Parlor resides there, too!) The bat stanchions appear inside the Parlor itself as a beverage vessel, so it always seemed like an obvious souvenir. Now we can finally take one home!
There’s plenty of other Haunted Mansion Parlor merchandise currently available at Treasures Untold, too. I spotted the mantel clock found inside the bar for $80, a $64.99 snow globe featuring the Parlor’s haunted fish tank, and an $85 mirror featuring the Hitchhiking Ghosts, among other items.
