The Wish Has Officially Been Handed Over to Disney Cruise Line

Today is a rather exciting day for Disney Cruise Line as its 5th ship – the Disney Wish – has officially been turned over to them from the Meyer Werft Shipyard. The handover took place earlier today in Bremerhaven, Germany.

The Wish is already underway and heading toward Port Canaveral, FL on an 11-night transatlantic sailing. The ship is scheduled to arrive in Port Canaveral on June 20th and you can always check the ship’s location here to stay in the know.
