Disney Cruise Line has revealed some exciting details on the Disney Destiny, the new heroes and villains-inspired ship scheduled to set sail in December 2025. After today’s reveal of the new Lion King themed-dining experience, it’s time for [more] dessert!
Edna Á La Mode Sweets will be the confectionary aboard the Disney Destiny, based on Edna Mode’s lab from The Incredibles, where the famed fashion designer whips up outfits for the world’s most famous Supers.
Inspired by the “Auntie Edna” short film, Edna’s sewing equipment will be repurposed as sweet-making devices. This dessert spot will offer handmade gelato, ice cream, cookies, candies and specialty treats served in a space full of bolts of fabric, costume models, and picture-perfect sculptures of both Edna and baby Jack-Jack.
