When I walked into the Roy O. Disney Suite aboard the Disney Dream, it literally took my breath away. I knew that suites existed on the ship that were far more beautiful – if that’s even possible – than the regular non-concierge staterooms, but I had no idea that rooms of this size existed at all.
First of all, if you’ve never had the chance of walking down the stateroom corridors of the Concierge area on the Dream, there is a noticeable difference between those and the regular hallways. All of the woodwork is simply magnificent. You know as you’re walking through the halls that you’re someplace very special.
Entering this magnificent stateroom brought me right into a whole new world from the first moment I walked in. Like I said, I had never seen anything like it before. The biggest stateroom I’ve ever stepped foot in before this one was a Deluxe Oceanview Stateroom with Verandah.
Speaking of verandahs, this room also had a verandah. It was not your typical verandah, however. This one is complete with gorgeous outdoor furniture to seat at least 8 people and there’s even a hot tub. That’s right, a private hot tub overlooking the ocean right off of your room. Simply breathtaking.
