Disney Cruise Line has revealed a magical new centerpiece for its upcoming ship, the Disney Adventure! A breathtaking storybook castle is now installed in Disney Imagination Garden. Standing an impressive three decks tall, the castle brings Disney fairytales to life in a completely new way, marking the first castle ever built at sea for the cruise line.
Designed by Walt Disney Imagineering, the castle draws inspiration from the famous icons seen in Disney films and theme parks around the world. Its pop-up storybook style makes it look as though it’s leaped right off the pages of a fairytale, inviting guests to feel like they’re stepping into their own Disney story.

The structure’s design celebrates both adventure and the sea, featuring wave-like patterns, deep ocean blues, and shimmering details that honor Disney’s connection to water and imagination. Hidden within the design are several Easter eggs – subtle nods to Disney history, a hidden Mickey, and even a waterfall inspired by the Walt Disney Pictures opening logo that appears before every Disney movie.

At the heart of the castle sits the Disney family crest, a detail shared by every Disney Parks castle across the globe. Just above it, a three-panel stained-glass window shines in the sunlight, each section honoring a beloved Disney heroine. The panels depict nature-inspired symbols from Moana (the heart of Te Fiti, the water, and sky), Tangled (the Sundrop flower, sun, and earth), and Frozen (the glistening ice and wind).
The Disney Adventure is preparing for its maiden voyage from Singapore in March 2026, and this enchanting new addition gives fans an early glimpse at the creativity and detail that will define the ship’s storytelling at sea.
