Disney Cruise Line Announces New Online Functionalities

Disney Cruise Line has introduced two new functionalities to “improve the user experience and provide more flexibility” to guests who are planning a cruise vacation.

Pre-paid Gratuities

Cruisers might be happy to know that pre-paid gratuities are now available online for existing Disney Cruise Line reservations. The new functionality will be available up to 3 days prior to your sailing’s departure date. As a reminder, stateroom gratuities are assessed for each guest in the room.

It’s important to note that guests who booked their cruise with a travel agent will need to have their agent modify any pre-paid gratuities if the need arises.

Special Requests Onboard

The Special Requests page for Disney Cruise Line now offers additional options for accommodations you might need while onboard the Disney cruise ship.

Travel agents and/or the guest themselves are able to complete their requests online, including dietary preferences, celebrations, table requests in the main dining rooms, or requests for certain child-related amenities.

The full list of available amenities is unique to each ship. All special requests must be completed three days prior to sailing.
