The Walt Disney Company is wasting no time in removing all things Chapek from its history, including décor. It was only a matter of time before Disney Cruise Line took action to remove the well-known “Master Ship Builder” sign at Castaway Cay that was in honor of the company’s then CEO, Bob Chapek. One week into a new management environment under the reinstated CEO, Bob Iger, the sign disappeared without a trace, said Scott Sanders on Twitter.

Pump House 1 now favors a blank wall over the honorary signage that once occupied the space during Bob Chapek’s time as CEO.
